Why Us

Hi, my name is Don Harris, owner of Cutting Edge Fitness Training – operating in The Hills District. I know that training on your own and of all the information on how to get fit and healthy can be a very intimidating. I should know, I used to be just like that 25 years ago.

 

Finding the right Body Transformation program can be especially intimidating if you don’t feel like you know what you’re doing. All information on the internet, different strength programs, cardio programs, diets and gimmicks - fads can make you feel overwhelmed and self-conscious.

 

That’s why in 2001, I opened Cutting Edge Fitness Training. So you could come and feel comfortable with a one on one personal training or a small group session. We can train at the gym, your house or outdoors in the fresh air and get the one on one attention you need in order to start on your Body Transformation program.

 

Cutting Edge Fitness Training was created to empower, educate and motivate people who are ready to make a change and live a strong, healthy life in the body they always wanted. At C.E.F. Training, our trainers or as our member’s call them, fitness coaches will be with you ever step of the way while you work through your C.E.F.  Training exercise and nutrition program.
